Reconnect to your breath, mind and body with our vinyasa flow class where we take an hour to stretch, strengthen and restore balance.
All levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat.
Adult Barre Fitness
- Every Wednesday and Friday 9-10am
- 10 Class Pass $120
- Drop In $15 per class
Barre classes combine low-impact exercises like stretching or upper arm circles with faster-paced physical activity such as jumping squats to create a variety of aerobic conditioning sessions to improve cardiovascular health, and muscle tone.
Please bring a yoga mat. For an additional challenge please also bring 2-to-5-pound weights.
Adult Tap
- 6 Week Fall Workshop: September 18th-October 30th (no class 10/16)
- $65 workshop fee
Class will include warm up, introduction to named steps, across the floor exercises and a short, choreographed combination. Here you will learn proper technique and terminology in a cardio workout that improves balance, coordination and makes noise!
